Tufts Health Plan Selects DST Health Solutions to Provide Consumer-Directed Healthcare Administration Solution

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., November 28, 2006 –Tufts Health Plan, a nationally recognized leader in providing quality healthcare coverage with Massachusetts’ highest enrollment in consumer-directed healthcare (CDH) plans, recently selected DST Health Solutions, Inc. to provide comprehensive administration for their new health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) and health savings account (HSA) products.

Tufts Health Plan and DST Health Solutions entered into an agreement to implement DST Health Solutions’ CDH administrative solution. Under the terms of the agreement, DST Health Solutions will provide Tufts Health Plan with a complete CDH administration solution, including:

• Debit card administration
• Member reimbursement
• Reporting and reconciliation
• Customer service via telephone and Web
