Clear Choice Health Plans Selects DST Health Solutions to Implement and Host Medicare Administration Software

Solution Helps Efficiently Manage Medicare Advantage and Part D Business

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 21, 2006—Clear Choice Health Plans, which provides health insurance to individuals and businesses in central Oregon, has signed an agreement with DST Health Solutions, Inc. to license, implement, integrate and host MarketProminence™, a premier Medicare administrative workflow solution developed by Continuum Performance Systems. This agreement will provide Clear Choice with the technology it needs to expand into new Medicare markets.

Under a separate agreement with Continuum Performance Systems, DST Health Solutions has the rights to market and implement Continuum’s MarketProminence solution, which can be integrated with any core claims engine. MarketProminence provides insurers such as Clear Choice with many administrative capabilities, including marketing and sales tracking, enrollment workflow, Medicare file submissions, financial reconciliation, member reconciliation and compliance.

DST Health Solutions will host the MarketProminence solution for Clear Choice, and will provide integration between this solution and DST’s PowerSTEPP® claims engine, which Clear Choice currently uses for core health plan administrative functions.
