DST Realty provides facilities management services including space planning, construction management and move coordination and represents DST and affiliate companies in connection with any leased property. MC Realty Group, a DST Realty affiliate, provides property management and development services.

In addition, DST Realty, through an affiliate, is currently developing a 1,140,000 sq. ft. facility for use by the Internal Revenue Service, revitalizing both the old Main Post Office on Pershing Road and the Railway Express Building at Union Station. This facility will house 6,000 new employees to downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
